His professionalism, industry expertise and communication have been unlike any other experience we’ve had with other insurance agents. Ryan came to our house on a Saturday morning and spent almost 2 hours getting to know our family and our needs. He really educated us by asking some great questions we’d never been asked. He followed that with examples of real scenarios we’d never contemplated. We certainly didn’t realize we had little or no coverage previously for many risk that could be very costly.
